Pokémon Snap Walkthrough

by the Claw / en / endamaster

en's notes: My Pokemon Snap is very old! Also I haven't played this game in a long time, so bear with me. :]

First you have to name yourself. Afterwards,Professor Oak will give you a Loooong explanation. After he finishes, he will tell you to go to the course and hell show you how to take pictures. After you finish the course (if you shot enough Pokemon)you get to go to the tunnel course!

Take a picture of every pokemon you can to earn enough points for the Pokemon food. Go back to the tunnel course and ride the long trip back to the part with the Magnemites and hit the Electrode in the corner to unlock the volcano course!

Go to the course and take a picture of all the pokemon there and you should earn enough points to go to the river course. In the river course, take a picture of every pokemon and you should earn enough points to get the next item, the Pester ball. It knocks pokemon out of hiding.

Go back to the river course and near the end of the course you will see something moving in the rock. Hit it with the pester ball and it will show itself as a Porygon and jump in the collar?Well just get ready for the cave course.

Finish the cave course and if you took enough Pokemon pictures, you will get the valley course. When you get to the mountains with the Squirtles on it you have to hit the Squirtle with a pester ball in the right angle - you will knock down the Mankey at the top of the mountain. Take a few pictures of Mankey and knock him into the collar to open up a different route. Did you notice the mountain shaped like a Dugtrio? It's not just there for looks, it's very important for completing the game. I really...really...really hope you took a picture of it! If you didn't, go back and take a picture.

Well... Professor Oak is in different clothes, oh... he tells you about the Pokemon signs like Mt.Dugtrio blah, blah, blah, then he tells you to go to find the other signs. I'll tell you where each of them is there is, every course has one.

Kingler Rock: the one in the beach course; you might not have seen it until now. It's on the left of the Pikachu, waaay left of the Pikachu. Take a picture of it, and end the course. After you finish, you will probably get the dash engine.

Koffing Smoke: Go to the volcano course, and at the very begining you will see a small volcanic crater.Throw a pester ball at the crater and be ready to take a picture of the next cloud. After that, don't go out of the course, you can get pictures of Growlithe and Arcanine in the little craters at the end. Now, you should get a Pokeflute.

Cubone Tree: Go to the river course. Use the dash engine to get to the second Slowpoke and look to the left, there will be a Vileplume and a strange tree. Use the Pokeflute to get Vileplume to dance. Next, take a picture of the tree and the Vileplume.

Mewtwo Constellation: Use the dash engine to get to the part with the Weepinbell and look to the left. You will see a few stars, take a picture of them and and you will see a giant crystal. Use the Pokeflute to make the Jynx clap and hatch the crystal egg into an Articuno.

Pinsir Shadow: Go to the tunnel and use the dash engine to go into the next room. Next, throw apples toward the egg to lure the Pikachu near the egg. Use the Pokeflute to hatch the egg. Take a picture of Zapdos and use the dash engine to go to the next room and if you keep going, you will see a shadow of pinsir. Take a picture of it and leave.

After you collect all the signs, Professor Oak will tell you the clues have to do with the sky!(I still don't get it.) Now you have to go to the last course, the Rainbow Cloud! It has the exclusive Mew, just the special bonus is about 1500! Just break its first bubble then break its second bubble and hit it with anything twice to get the best picture. It's the only thing on this level.

Afterwards, Professor Oak will tell you thanks and the credits will roll. And............................ Thats it.............

THE END
