The Pokémon Peninsula > Games - Pokémon Puzzle Collection
Solve four different kinds of puzzles and complete the POKéMON MINI DEX! The Pokémon Puzzle Collection includes 80 puzzles, ranging from easy to extremely difficult.
The Puzzle Collection has four types of puzzles, with 20 of each kind. Some of them take a lot of thought, and they're great for long car trips. There are 5 levels for each puzzle type with 4 puzzles on each level.
Motion Puzzle
This one is pretty easy. You get a Pokémon picture cut into squares and jumbled up, and you just have to switch one tile with another until you get them in order.
Shadow Puzzle
This is like a tangram. You're given some pieces and a silhouette, and you fit the pieces into the silhouette.
Rescue Mission
This one's more difficult. There are a bunch of different-sized blocks blocking the escape of a Pokémon into a hole. There's a gap, and you can only move blocks that are the same size as or smaller than the gap into it. The aim is to free up a path for the Pokémon to get to the hole.
Power On
Once you've got a certain number of Pokémon in your Mini Dex (I can't remember how many x_x), you unlock Power On, which is a slider puzzle (you know, where you have squares with one missing and you have to slide them around). Instead of making a picture, though, you have a Pikachu at one side and a place where it needs to supply power on the other. Each square has a part of a wire on it and you have to put wires together to stretch across the board and let Pikachu's Thundershock supply power.
Other Features
The POKéMON MINI DEX
When you solve a puzzle that's a picture of a Pokémon, or help one escape, it's added to your Pokémon Mini Dex. You can collect 80 Pokémon.
Clock Mode
As usual, this game includes a clock mode too. If you power off the console when it's in clock mode, then it'll still be a clock when you turn it back on.
